By accessing our website or purchasing any Sportmask product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

All Sportmask products are proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house in Canada to professional performance standards.
2. Eligibility and Use of Website
By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or, if under 18, that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly, and you shall not:
- Use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, server, or associated systems; or
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Sportmask reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or customers.
3. Product Information and Availability
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and up to date. However, Sportmask makes no representation or warranty that such information is error-free, complete, or current.
Product specifications, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. Sportmask reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at its discretion.
4. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
Sportmask reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities at our discretion, including where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase, unless you select a financing option offered at checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit, and other options as displayed during checkout.
Financing – Klarna “Pay Over Time”
Sportmask partners with Klarna Canada to provide customers with the ability to finance purchases through equal-payment plans. If you choose Klarna at checkout:
- You will be redirected to Klarna’s secure platform to complete your financing application and review the terms of your payment plan.
- Approval is subject to Klarna’s credit and verification process.
- The financing agreement is solely between you and Klarna Canada Holdings Ltd. (or its affiliates). Sportmask is not a party to that agreement and has no authority to amend, cancel, or enforce its terms.
- Once your Klarna payment plan is confirmed, your order will be processed in accordance with Sportmask’s standard order-fulfillment procedures.
By choosing a financing option, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Affirm’s terms of service and privacy policy, which govern the financing relationship.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Sportmask ships both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, available on our website and incorporated herein by reference.
Sportmask warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a limited period from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modification;
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage; or
- Custom-painted, personalized, or modified products, except where a manufacturing defect is proven.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and comply with Sportmask’s warranty procedure.
7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Warning: Goaltending and other athletic activities are inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury or death.
By purchasing or using Sportmask products, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks. No product can provide absolute protection from injury.
Sportmask 2018 Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of our products.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the proper fit, maintenance, and safe use of all equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product designs, images, logos, graphics, text, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Sportmask 2018 Inc. or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without Sportmask’s prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how Sportmask collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or the use of our products shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Amendments
Sportmask reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. General Inquiries and Legal Notices
All obligations, rights, and responsibilities set out in these Terms are binding and enforceable. Customers and users are responsible for complying with all conditions contained herein, including those relating to payment, product use, website access, and intellectual property.
Sportmask reserves the right to take any action necessary to enforce these Terms, including suspending or terminating access, cancelling orders, or pursuing legal remedies where a breach, misrepresentation, or misuse is suspected. All rights and remedies available at law or in equity are expressly reserved.
